I’m Elina, the force behind HELENE Advisory and your CFO. I work with founders and growth leaders when the stakes are high and clarity matters most.
I’ve led the full scope of company operations — covering finance, people, legal, data and technology — in global growth companies, working side by side with founders, CEOs, commercial leaders and boards through both rapid scale, change and turnaround situations. My background spans capital funding, debt financing and operating in the US and international markets — giving me the perspective to guide companies within Finland and across borders.
